BIODISC BA6 SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
The Klargester Domestic BioDisc® is engineered to treat wastewater to a high standard and offers affordable lifetime costs compared to other treatment processes. For domestic dwellings without access to mains drainage, the BioDisc Sewage Treatment Plant provides a reliable, efficient and environmentally safe solution to your sewage disposal needs. It is ideal for locations where discharge is to sub-surface irrigation, or to a suitable watercourse where approved by the Regulator, and where a septic tank will not meet the required standards. Assured Performance
BioDisc is a high performance package treatment plant which, in normal domestic situations, will produce effluent qualities of better than 8mg/l BOD, 13mg/l SS and 4mg/l ammonia.

Breakdown Process
- Primary settlement tank: Wastewater and sewage flows into the primary settlement tank where the large solids are retained for future removal.
- First stage biological treatment: The liquor and fine solids then flow into the Biological Treatment Zone 1 where the first stage of treatment occurs.
- Second stage biological treatment: The liquor is then fed forward at a controlled rate into Biological Treatment Zone 2 for further treatment.
- Final settlement tank: The clean liquid passes into the final settlement tank where it can be discharged to ground or water course.

*DELIVERY TERMS
All tanks are delivered on 45ft Flat-bed Articulated Trailers, so off-loading equipment on site is necessary.
HIAB off-loading is available at extra cost, if requested.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us, if off-loading equipment is required.

Your service and maintenance visit will include; system integrity and operation, check of all moving parts, effluent quality, flow rates, discharge consents and management system checks. Kingspan are currently offering free commissioning valid within three months of purchase.

Our unrivalled knowledge means that we are best placed to carry out bespoke assessments to get your system up and running. The commissioning will also provide you with a unique checklist against your system, ensuring your complete peace of mind and reassurance that your system's mechanical and electrical components are in good working order.
