I don’t have a service plan, can I arrange a service visit?
Yes, we are able to arrange one off service visits from our engineers, however we do recommend that your purchase a service plan, which could save you money in call out fees and repairs.
My system is not working. What should I do?
We recommend booking an engineer’s visit as soon as possible. Our expert engineer’s will assess the issue, carry out necessary repairs and ensure your system is back to its optimal performance. Acting quickly can help prevent further costly damage.

The Kingspan Service team are here to help you ensure your Klargester systems continues to run optimally throughout its lifespan. This includes keeping a record of service visits and work carried out on your system. If you have recently moved into a home where we have been maintaining the Klargester system simply contact the team and we’ll be able to provide you with a copy of the service records.
