ZABEL A1801 EFFLUENT FILTER
Like the PL-68, this effluent filter is designed for residential applications. The effluent cartridge design allows for easy installation and maintenance and fits inside a standard 4″ tee with down leg pipe. It can easily be retrofitted into an existing septic tank. With 1.6mm filtration this filter comes with a built in gas deflector. It is designed for flows of up to 1500 litres per day.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
