Our returns policy

Items must be unused & as new

Goods must be returned in 100% original, unused condition in their original packaging. Items that have been used may be subject to additional charges or refused.

Carriage costs

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Collection and restocking fees may apply depending on the item and reason for return.

Prompt review

We aim to review all return requests within 1–2 business days and will contact you to confirm next steps.

Bespoke & made-to-order items

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

What to have ready

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
  • The product name or SKU you wish to return
  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or faulty
  • Original packaging if available
  • Your reason for returning the item

How it works

    Collection & refund

    If approved, we'll arrange collection and process your refund once the item is received and inspected.

Items we cannot accept back

  • Bespoke or made-to-order products
  • Items that have been installed or used
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation
