UNITEL HYDROSTATIC TANK GAUGE 20M
The Unitel Hydrostatic Fuel Tank Gauge is a pneumatic tank level indicator designed for use with fuel oil and diesel. This fuel tank level gauge is plunged until the needle settles on the volume left within the storage tank, which is displayed as a percentage. Both horizontal and rectangular tanks with heights between 900mm and 3000mm can make use of these fuel tank gauges, making the Unitel an extremely adaptable gauge.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
