The Tecalemit HDA Fuel Management System is a German-manufactured fuel management system for non-public filling stations, with an already proven track record for being reliable. This system can connect to existing or new fuel pumps (110v-240v AC), The only additional requirement will be a pulse output from the pump (which can be purchased separately).

This fuel management system can have up to 2,000 users per machine and can store up to 10,000 transactions before any download will be required. Downloading the data is very simple and is stored on the PC software, simply use the USB stick provided.

Full technical support and setup is offered to ensure a flawless and easy journey with your new fuel management system. A simple questionnaire is sent to the customer on purchase, asking a few questions to ensure any setup and calibration is completed before delivery so you can wire and start using immediately with ease. There is no need for lengthy instruction manuals and confusing jargon.

The Tecalemit HDA fuel management system works on a GSM modem and SIM and comes with a 1-year free subscription and hosting included in the overall cost. (Once the 1st yearly subscription fee has run out, a renewal will be needed to use some of the key features of the system), this system comes with a fully cloud-based system that the SIM card will communicate with directly. PC software is also provided which will allow you to download the data from the cloud system and store it for any additional reports you may require.

The system also allows the user to view: MPG reports, check the fuel use per vehicle/ driver, transaction totals, Information by date range, operator or vehicle, and much more.
