These silicone tube diffuers can be used in various applications from Sewage treatment tanks including Kingspan Biofiecient Sewage treatment plants to pond aeration. They are intended for fine -bubble compressed air ventilation. The fine bubble areation is suitable for the efficient treatment of wastewater treatment plants using the activated sludge process. These membranes are made of EPDM-rubber that makes intermitting operation possible due to the long-term elasticity of the membrane material.
Regular operation adjust airflow of diffusers to maintain the required oxygen level inn the aeration tank. Keep airflow within recommended range of diffusers.
Airflow must not contain oil, dust or solvents.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
