Proximity Switch (ONLY)
This proximity switch can be used on the Kingspan Klargester Biodisc Units. The switch is located beside the motor gearbox in the tank.
Used in conjunction with the Loss of Rotation magnet.. This magnet is located on the rotor and with each revolution both the magnet and switch will contact. Once this cycle is broken the alarm will sound thus signalling the loss of rotation.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
