LRC PROBE
This failsafe overfill prevention device, when connected to the LRC Drivers Unit, allows delivery personnel to control refuelling from the tank. Unlike old-fashioned mechanical overfill prevention valves, in the event of system failure, the supply of fuel is discontinued automatically.
Exceeds all applicable overfill prevention requirements and is fully compliant with EN13616.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
