The Klargester Biodics motor/ gearbox by Panasonic is a genuine Klargester Biodisc spare part for the BA/ BA-X/ BB Biodisc sewage treatment plant.
This motor / gearbox is a direct replacement for the Vipa Motor Gearbox.
The Fully enclosed spare part for the Klargester Biodisc Sewage Treatment Plant is grease filled for smooth operation, cool air must be allowed to circulate over the surface of the motor making it unsuitable to be submerged in liquids.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
