**The Klargester AquaOil range has been tested against full flow - why is this important?
Our units have been tested at their maximum flow rate (10l/s), unlike some products which have been tested based on bypass and therefore only 10% of the flow.
This ensures total accuracy of our silt retention results, by replicating the full effect of the silt wash through.

Irish regulations
Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
