HZ3 DOMESTIC HEATING OIL METER
The HZ3 domestic heating oil meter is used to measure the quantity of EL fuel oil being used at great accuracy, even at small quantities. This heating oil meter is robust and durable, and allows you to simply read off your oil consumption from the meter display. 0.18-30ltrs Per Hour.
Ideal for domestic use, the HZ3 flow meters are suitable for mounting on all makes of burner, and can be retrofitted to any existing heating system. These flow meters can be installed vertically in either a single or twin pipe system, with the display positioned horizontally and a backwards pitch of no more than 45 degrees.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
