This innovation FLEDBAG® Original product lets you store big bags of feed, fertilizer etc safely and comfortably and empty their contents easily, quickly and precisely. The FLEDBAG® Original is suitable for disposable big bags and reusable big bags.
The FLEDBAG® Original has a reinforced chisel tip for easier penetration into the bag fabric. The innovation Vario gate valve allows for flexible doage and has a steady and stable base. It has flexible folding handles so that on lowering the handles do not break off if the tonne bag is still swinging. There is no corrosion and can withstand the highest loads.

How does the FLEDBAG® Original work?
1. Deposit the FLEDBAG® on a firm surface. Lift the big bag by its loops using front loader or forklift forks, and position above the FLEDBAG®.

2. Lower the big bag so that the FLEDBAG® penetrates the big bag, then raise the big bag again.

3. Pull the FLEDBAG® down slightly to make it easier to open and close the valve.

4. By opening and closing the FLEDBAG®, you can simply meter the content of the big bag.

Irish regulations
Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
