The best one MS submersible electric pump is for clean & dirty water, it can be used in multiple applications including draining, garages, basements, cellars, or any other places that are subject to flooding. Also, it can be used to supply water to garden fountains and be used for easy emptying of large tanks and reservoirs.
It is a popular, high quality submersible drainage pump with a magnetic float switch allowing it to operate automatically in sumps as small as 200x220mm. These pumps are fully protected so they can be permanently submerged and are a highly reliable choice for domestic installations. The BEST ONE MS version has the following features:

The Ebara BEST ONE MS is the market leading domestic and light commercial submersible drainage pump in the UK. Ideal for pumping cellars, dewatering ground, pumping floodwater, and pumping septic tanks. Standard versions can pump solids with a maximum diameter of 10mm. Vortex impeller versions can pump solids up to 20mm in diameter. Versions are available with and without an integral float switch - 'M' versions are without, 'MS' versions have a magnetic float switch and 'MA' versions have a standard float switch for automatic operation. Vortex impeller versions have the designation 'VOX'.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
