Clearwater pump stations are available in various sizes and can be used for effluent, sewage or rainwater (please check suitability before ordering), depending on the distance from the mains and height required to pump.
Designed for small scale applications that are built below the level of the mains sewage system, typical applications would include home extensions, outbuildings, pool houses and garden rooms.

Irish regulations
Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
