Clearwater 1600L Single Sewage Pumping Station - CWP5
The Clearwater CWP5 model is designed for small scale applications, built below the level of the mains sewage system to pump effluent, sewage or rainwater, depending on the pump, distance and height required.
Ideal for homes or small scale applications of up to 10 people, typical applications would include home extensions, outbuildings, pool houses and garden rooms.
Appropriate where 24 hour storage requirements need to be maintained, Clearwater pump stations are used in connection with sewage treatment systems, septic tanks and rainwater harvesting systems (please check suitability before ordering).

Delivery
All our Clearwater tanks are for delivery by customer offload. This entails the customer to acquire the right manpower and/or machinery to help unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.
If you require assistance with offloading, we may be able to offer a tail lift (lowers the tank to the ground) or HIAB (lorry with a mounted crane to winch the tank off the delivery vehicle). Please contact us if this is required for delivery.

Irish regulations
Installation & requirements

OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.

Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.

Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
