This is for the Post 2006 Models of the BA/BB Bio Disc. This is a full drive assemlbly replacement kit including the motor, capacitor, belt, both pulleys & locking element.

Why does my system need serviced?
- It’s important that your sewage treatment plant or septic tank system is emptied and maintained regularly to continue operating optimally.
- Poorly performing systems can cause serious health hazards as well as local pollution risks.
- Recent Building Regulations (Part H 2010 – BS EN 12566) state that regular emptying and maintenance of small sewage treatment plants must be undertaken by the homeowner at least once per year, or as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- As a homeowner, you must also ensure that your system remains in good order and replace it when necessary.
- We do recommend that you keep a detailed log of when your system is inspected, maintained, emptied or serviced as you may need these details in future.

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
