The Kingspan BlueMaster range offers a robust and convenient on-site storage solution. The range has been specifically designed for the secure storage, dispensing, management and protection of AdBlue®. All BlueMaster tanks are double skinned for environmental protection and to safeguard against contamination Kingspan BlueMaster tanks ensure your AdBlue® remains pure for its lifetime in the tank protecting your assets and the environment.

Closed Fluid Path
Manufacturers of AdBlue® agree that the closed controlled systems, like those found in Kingspan BlueMaster tanks, rigorously maintain AdBlue® purity.
Manufacturing and Material Compliance
All BlueMaster tanks conform to the highest manufacturing and material compliance standards (EN ISO 9001:2015) to deal with the chemical characteristics of AdBlue®.

The BlueMaster Terminal Tank range is available from 2,500 – 9,000 litres. A storage solution designed to be incorporated into existing stand-alone dispensing and fuel management systems. Storage tanks complete with a submersible pump and a pulsed output via the Kingspan TMS tank monitoring system. The BlueMaster Standard Tank range is an entry level dispensing system with quality and functionality in mind. Also comes with optional upgrades to suit the majority of requirements.

The ZVA Automatic AdBlue Magnetic Nozzle is designed for use in conjunction with the ELAFIX 40 adaptor in order to prevent the costly miss-filling of AdBlue into the diesel tank.
This magnetic spout ZVA Nozzle will only allow fluid to pass once it has been magnetically opened by the ELAFIX AdBlue magnetic adaptor fitted within the vehicle filler neck.

Irish regulations
Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
