These realys are used in Klargester Biodiscs, Biotecs and Bioficients, The contacts are actuated with every current pulse and they stay in the operating position they have adopted in each case until the next pulse occurs. It is possible to actuate the contacts manually by pressing a pushbutton provided on the unit. The contact position is shown by an indicator. The units can be installed in rows close next to each other for pulse operation. The gap between the relays is 7 mm when they are on permanently

Installation & requirements
OFTEC regulation
All domestic oil tank installations in Ireland must be carried out by an OFTEC-registered technician. The tank must conform to IS:293 and be sited in accordance with IS:820.
Site requirements
The tank must stand on a level, load-bearing concrete base minimum 100 mm thick, extending 300 mm beyond the tank footprint on all sides. Ground must be clear of vegetation.
Bunding requirements
Bunded tanks are required within 10 m of a watercourse or drain. Secondary containment must hold 110% of the inner tank capacity. Check local planning conditions before installation.
